Challenge: GSK has an excellent talent pipeline but a perceived lack of leadership diversity. What we did: - Launched the UK WLI (Women’s Leadership Initiative) to build capabilities, develop people and connect through networking - Have grown membership to 450+ members in 1 year - Set up a mentoring scheme (matched ~40 people so far) - Set up partnership with a charity ‘Dress for Success’ (have dressed 150+ women) - Held 4 events to build skills and for networking
