Challenge: Smiths wanted to get benefits from becoming better at managing services in their fragmented organisation after a recent re-organisation. What we did: - Designed the new Target Operating Model, developed processes and the associated RACIs for IT and Operational functions (HR, Commercial, Finance and Compliance) - Provided expertise to Service managers to ensure they operated effectively in new roles. - Managed the programme of 8 workstreams (20+ resources globally)
